Step 2 – Open the Microsoft folder, select Windows. Find folder with the name DRM. Then delete that entire folder.
Step 3 – Now, uninstall the Digital TV tuner. Uninstall the Digital TV Tuner Device registration from control panel and after uninstallation.
Step 4 – Press Win +R key simuntaneously. Then, type regedit and go to this path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> Software >> MICROSOFT >> WINDOWS >> CURRENTVERSION >> RUN
Step 5 – Delete all the entries from this folder.

Method 3 – Turn the Windows Feature off
This is also one the solutions to get rid of this issue. Disable Windows Media Center by unchecking the Windows Media Player check box from the Windows Features. Follow the mentioned steps:
Step 1 – At first, go to Control panel. Click on Program and Features.
Step 2 – Expand the option Media Features and uncheck the Window Media Player and Media Features. Check box (if it is checked).
Step 3 – Click Yes at the confirmation prompt.
Step 4 – Click Ok to enforce the changes, then wait for them to be enforced.
Removing the Digital TV Tuner Device Registration Application is not a preferable since it will disable all the functionality of TV tuner and you won’t be able to view cable channels on computer.
