Method 1: Deactivating the Critical Network Service
The quickest way to prevent further consumption of server resources is to just turn off the service.
Step 1: hit the Windows key plus R to open the Run dialogue box. Next, type services.msc and press Enter. Just go ahead and hit the OK button.
Step 2: Second, click the Services button to open the Services dialogue. Killer Network Service can be found down the list.
