Method 1: Download it Again and see if that Helps

To begin, please select OK from the error message window’s toolbar.

Download has been halted due to an error message. You can try downloading it again by clicking the Continue button.

We propose continuing the Download multiple times, since many customers have reported that this resolves the Error 2123-1502. If, however, the error code reappears, we regret to inform you that this is unfortunately the case.

If you’re lucky, though, a notification saying “Downloading data” will appear. This means the Download can proceed normally at this point.

Method 2: Power Off and then Back Up Your Nintendo Switch.

It is recommended to restart the console in order to get rid of any glitches or bugs that may have occurred temporarily. You need only press and hold the power button for three seconds.

Then, head to Settings > Power > Turn Off. But if the device ever turns off, pressing the Power button again will activate it. After a successful reboot, see if you still get the error message 2123-1502.
